Story ( Spoiler Free ) :-
The movie’s key feature is related to a few scenes of the late Dadasahab Azad ( John Abraham ) who’s a farmer, activist and wanted to see India as a corruption-free. Later the movie revolves around a state called Uttar Pradesh where the home minister is none other than Satya Azad (John Abraham).
He wants to fulfill his father’s dream and as Home Minister, he started introducing an anti-corruption bill in the legislative assembly but it’s getting backstepped. Satya’s wife Vidhya (Divya ) is also in politics and has the same motive as a husband to introduce the bill.
Here twist in the tale arises where another John Abraham is hidden and not known to anyone, even no one can trace him, so he kills the corrupt people, criminals without any court of law. So here Satya enters into the scene and seeks the help of his brother (ACP) Jay Azad (another John Abraham ) to nab the criminal.
How did ACP Jay Azad handle the case? Is Satya’s motive Justified or not? Did Satya catch the person who kills corrupt people? How did he find it and what happens at the end forms the rest of the story.
Positives 👍 :-
- John Abraham’s performance and Divya screen Presence.
- Few Scenes in both the halves.
- Fights for action lovers.
- Production values are good.
Negatives 👎 :-
- Baseless Story and Screenplay.
- At the end of the film Director even forgotten what the actual subject of the film.
- Lengthy runtime.
- The confusion was created for Multiple roles of John Abraham.
- Editing was also not up to the level.
- Logic less scenes.
- Flashback is also silly.
The much-awaited and much-hyped John Abraham’s Satyameva Jayathe 2 is not all up to expectations and failed to impress the audience including John Abraham Fans. The director has started the story well but in the process, he forgets about the basic idea at the end and finishes abruptly.
John Abraham’s multiple roles may confuse the audience initially but might entertain a few sections of the film. Divya also did well in her role. The music is ok and the Production values are good. Editing is mostly needed for this film.
Overall an avoidable film from John Abraham.
