Story ( Spoiler Free ):-
The plot begins with a childhood scenario of Claire and Chris who were Living in an Orphanage. This orphanage was under the control of Dr. William Birkin, who is an employee of the Umbrella Corporation and the one who does experiments with Children of the Orphanage.
At a point in time, Claire met Lisa ( a disfigured girl ) who had undergone the experiment with Dr. William Birkin. Due to this Claire Left the Orphanage and went on.
Scene shifts to 1998 where Claire again returns to Raccoon City to meet his Brother Chris and let him know what’s happening in the town. Now Chris is a police officer, Claire met him and explained the scenario that she had seen in childhood and what are the reasons behind her leaving the orphanage. Now both are on a mission to find out Dr. William Birkin and
why he is doing different sorts of experiments. What changes occurred over the people these many years due to those experiments? What is the actual intention of Dr. William Birkin? How did Claire and Chris sort out this issue from the rest of the story.
Positives 👍 :-
- All Lead Actors have given their best in performing this typical tasks.
- Director Johannes Roberts vision is good as there is now unnecessary scenario from starting to end of the film. His thought process is great.
- Background score is apt for the film.
- Cinematography, Visuals, VFX work are lavishing on screen.
- Production values are good.

- Some Logics is missing.
Overall :-
Resident Evil welcome to Raccoon City is not a continuation of Part 1 and part 2 of respective stories. It’s different and unique which entertains all sections of the Audience especially Resident Evil Franchise Fans. All Leads have done best and Director Vision is too Good.
Background Score is apt and Cinematography Visuals are lavishing. Production Values are good. The only negative point is Few logic are missing. Rest of the film for sure entertains you all.
